Thank you for your interest in the Forestiere Underground Gardens’ photo policy. Although we are a state landmark, our grounds are still privately owned. As such, the owners retain the rights to all photos taken at the gardens. Vacation photos for your personal enjoyment only are permitted. Photos may not be copyrighted, watermarked or sold either through web albums or other commercial or online venues (YouTube, Instagram, etc) without consent of the owners.
